1. Disela-seka padatnya aktivitas anda, usahakan melakukan senam otak. Senam otak dapat dilakukan dengan cara memberikan beberapa pertanyaan yang anda harus jawab sendiri. Seperti, menyebutkan 10 barang yang ada di dapur, 10 barang yang ada di ruang kerja atau ruang sekolah, atau pertanyaan lainnya.
2. Seperti tubuh, otak juga membutuhkan nutrisi atau makanan untuk daya ingat yang lebih baik. Jenis makanan yang baik untuk nutrisi atau makanan otak yaitu sayuran yang berwarna hijau (Bayam dan sayuran yang berwarna hijau lainnya) serta ikan (dalam hal ini ikan tuna dan ikan salmon).

Hai guys kali ini saya bakalan ngepost sebuah cerita pendek, yaaa yang sering kalian bilang cerpen. Hmmm.. cerita ini cukup membuat kalian sadar (*ya kalau sadar) akan pentingnya waktu, jadi kalian harus baca yaaa mudah-mudahan yang sering melalaikan waktu jadi berubah tidak lalai lagi. Oke cekidot..

Di pagi hari tepat pukul 07.00 terdengar suara semeraut di sebuah rumah yang cukup besar.

“Maaaaa dimana bando merah ku, bi Vioon tau nggak simpan di mana?”, tanyaku sambil mengelilingi seisi rumah.

Duuuh… dimana sih bando itu, kataku dalam hati.

“ Saphiree Ruby Amesthyst apa kau masih lama, kalau masih lama mama tinggal ya!”, kata mama marah

“Tunggu ma, aku masih cari bendo merahkuu!”, kataku balas berteriak

“ Makanya kalau mama suruh siapin jangan bilang nanti nanti terus. Ya sudahlah pakai bando yang lain kan masih banyak”, kata mama sambil menaiki tangga guna menrikku paksa.

“Tapi ma, nggak chic. Aku udah sengaja pakai baju…
